Chocolate Smoothie
2 c Carob Rice Milk
1 ripe banana
1 T. Mazama Mix
Blend with crushed ice for 3 minutes
on high.
Serves 3- 4 (serves about 10 for Tasting Party)

1/2 c pineapple coconut juice
2 cups rice milk
1 ripe banana
2 scoops Vanilla Super "Sun" Smoothie Powder
Crushed ice optional
Blend on high 3 minutes

Dip (Thank you Mark, wherever & whoever you are!)
1# Tofu (soft or medium)
1 bunch chopped parsley
3 chopped scallions
3 T olive oil
3 T lemon Juice
1 T water
1 T garlic powder (or fresh pressed)
1 T vinegar
1/2 tsp salt or to taste ( sea salt preferred)
2 - 4 grams Omega Sun Algae
Blend all ingredients well (food processor
ideal)
Refrigerate 'till chilled.
Serves about 10 (make 1/2 batch & easily serve 10 at Tasting

1 c orange juice
1 c milk (can substitute rice or soy milk)

1/8 c soaked raisins (optional)
4 ice cube (optional)

No-bake Peanut
Butter Superfood Cookies
1/2 C Super "Sun" Smoothie
1/2 C peanut butter
3/4 c unsweetened granola
1/2 c maple syrup, or 3/4 tsp. Stevia
1/4 c raisins
3/4 c coconut flakes
Mix all but 1/4 c coconut and for into bite
size balls
Roll in 1/4 c coconut and refrigerated.

Super Blue Green Broccomole
Dip (Thanks MaryJane Fisher)
1 1/2 c well cooked broccoli stems
(remove any tough outside skin)
1 1/2 T lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/4 t cumin
1/4 t garlic powder
2 - 4 grams Super Blue Green Algae
1/2 tomato diced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 green chili pepper, chopped
Place lemon juice, cumin and garlic in
blender. Puree blend. Add green tops of the onions, green chili
pepper, and broccoli. Puree till smooth. Transfer to bowl and add
white parts of onion, tomato, Algae. (Optional jalepeno pepper or
cayenne pepper to taste) Chill before serving.
Makes 2 cups

Dip
(use Mary Jane Fisher's "SBG
Broccomole Dip" recipe, except substitute steamed, blenderized
zuccini and use just one green onion.)

Super Smoothie (the color is dark red!)
1 Cup Blueberries
1 med. Banana
2 Cups Almond Milk
2 Tablespoons Mazama Mix
Blend on high speed for 3 minutes,
serve chilled.

Spinach
Dip
2/3 cup silken tofu
2/3 cup Aveggie@ cream cheese substitute
2/3 light mayo
2 small onion (chopped)
1 package frozen spinach (thawed)
1 package Knorr Vegetable soup mix
2-4 caps algae
Mix all in food processor. Chill well.
Serve with corn chips or baked crackers

Zippy
cocktail
spicy V-8 (or regular) 46 oz
1 tbs dill
1 Tbs grated onion (or 2 tsp dry)
1/4 tsp Ms Dash
1-3 caps algae (depending upon your tolerance of color change) chill
and serve

Algae-tomato aspic
mix lemon jello with 1 cup boiling
water
add 1 small can tomato sauce
1 tbs vinegar (this can be adjusted to suit your taste)
2 cup chopped green onion
2 cup chopped celery
2 cup sliced stuffed green olives.
When cool enough, add 1-3 caps algae.
Chill and serve on crisp lettuce.

Modified Viktoras' shake
2 cups orange juice
2 cup soaked almonds
2 bananas
2 cup dried pineapple
1 scoop Mazama mix.
Chill and serve. This will keep a bit
in the refrigerator.

Tangy lemon
drink:
1 can lemonade
1 can water
1 scoop smoothie
mix and serve over ice.
If you live in Oregon or can get the
dip mixes from a company called "To Market, To Market"
(they don=t have msg or preservatives) try:
Thrill of a Dill
Mix 2 tbs seasoning with 8 oz silken
tofu
Add light mayo until of desired consistency
add two caps algae.
Serve with raw veggies.
And
Eat your Vegetables!
add 4 tbs of spice mix to 8 oz
"veggie" cream cheese substitute
2 cup low fat mayo
2 tsp grated onion
2 caps algae
Serve as a spread with crackers or
bagels.
